With a 1-to-2 coaching ratio, each student receives close support, steady encouragement, and personalised guidance to close learning gaps, strengthen understanding, and regain momentum before transitioning into regular classes.

FAQ
How big are the classes at NOUS?
Each class is intentionally small, capped at 8 students, so every learner receives focused guidance and space to think deeply. We believe meaningful learning happens through conversation, not crowd instruction.
What syllabus does NOUS follow?
Our programmes align closely with the MOE syllabus for Secondary (O & N Levels) Mathematics and Science. However, lessons are not bound by the textbook, we explore the “why” behind each concept, helping students build reasoning and mastery that lasts.
Can I attend multiple classes a week or make up for missed ones?
Yes, termly and yearly members enjoy unlimited sessions for their chosen subject. Attend as many classes as you need for deeper understanding or revision. If you miss a class, simply join another session within the same term — no penalty, no fuss.
What if I join midway through a term or year?
You’ll only pay a pro-rated amount for the remaining weeks of the current term. Your membership cycle begins on the next full term.
Yearly membership always covers four full terms. If you join mid-term, you’ll pay a pro-rated fee for the remaining weeks, and your yearly plan begins at the next full term.
Do you offer bridging for weak fundamentals?
Absolutely. We run short-term bridging sessions with 1-to-2 coaching ratio to rebuild foundations before students join regular classes. The goal is confidence, not dependence — achieved within three months.
Can I consult the teacher outside of class?
Students have access to on-demand support via WhatsApp for questions, homework, and quick concept checks. For deeper help, optional 30-minute consult sessions can be scheduled by appointment, depending on the teacher's availability.
What if the school syllabus differs from NOUS?
Our core curriculum follows MOE’s order, but we adapt flexibly. Teachers align lesson content to match each student’s school pace and topics. Near exam season, revision sessions are tailored to their specific papers.
How is billing done?
Memberships are billed per term or per year. Termly plans offer flexibility; Yearly plans offer additional savings. Payments are due within two weeks before the next term begins.
Deposit: $100 (refundable)
Registration Fee: $50 (one-time)
Material Fee: $50 (per term)
What if I need to withdraw?
Students may withdraw only at the end of a term, with at least two weeks’ written notice. Registration and material fees are non-refundable.
